Banana Cream Rice Krispie Treats

A gooey and creamy treat that tastes like the banana pudding you know and love.

Ingredients

• 113 g salted butter, browned

• 2 Tbsp brown sugar

• 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows

• 5.1 oz box of banana cream instant pudding mix

• 78 g graham crackers, crumbled

• 148 g Rice Krispie cereal

• White chocolate melts

Directions

1. Spray your desired pan with nonstick spray very lightly and set aside (I used an 8x8)

2. In a medium mixing bowl, measure out your Rice Krispie cereal and graham cracker crumbles and set aside

3. In a medium sized pot, brown your butter. Add brown sugar, marshmallows and banana cream pudding mix and stir until marshmallows are completely melted.

4. Stir in your Rice Krispie and graham cracker crumble mixture until completely combine and then press into prepared pan.

5. Allow to set for 30-45 minutes then turn out onto a cutting board. Lightly spray your knife with nonstick spray and slice your treats. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
