🌿 Homemade Lavender Sugar Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 g granulated sugar

  • 1 Tbsp dried culinary lavender

Instructions:

  1. Grind the Lavender – In a spice grinder, food processor, blender or with a mortar and pestle, grind the dried lavender until finely ground.

  2. Mix & Infuse – Combine the lavender with granulated sugar in a jar or airtight container.

  3. Let It Sit – Allow the sugar to infuse for at least 24 hours before using for the best flavor. (You can use it right away, but longer infusion enhances the floral notes.)

  4. Store – Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
