Salted Honey Lavender Cookies
These delicate thumbprint cookies are infused with homemade lavender sugar and filled with a luscious salted honey caramel for a floral, sweet, and salty treat.
🌿 Homemade Lavender Sugar Recipe
Ingredients:
200 g granulated sugar
1 Tbsp dried culinary lavender
Instructions:
Grind the Lavender – In a spice grinder, food processor, blender or with a mortar and pestle, grind the dried lavender until finely ground.
Mix & Infuse – Combine the lavender with granulated sugar in a jar or airtight container.
Let It Sit – Allow the sugar to infuse for at least 24 hours before using for the best flavor. (You can use it right away, but longer infusion enhances the floral notes.)
Store – Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
